The owner
My name is Dimitar Nguen and I own IT Doctors. I started as an IT support engineer at a bank, where nothing may stop and every change is documented. Later I worked on the infrastructure of hospitals and a retail chain: servers, networks, till areas, backups and disaster recovery. Those years taught me how documents, approvals, stock and reports flow — so I quickly see how a company works and where IT will help. IT Doctors has done the same for small and medium-sized businesses in Veliko Tarnovo and the region. Today we add AI tools and cybersecurity, because they are part of every support contract now. How we work
One engineer who remembers
The same person does the review, keeps the documentation and knows why things are set up that way.
Remote first, on site when needed
Most problems are fixed while you are on the phone.
Documentation and handover
If we ever part, you get everything in order.
Partners
Cabling crews, a lawyer for NIS2, a data-recovery lab — coordinated by us.
