How long does it take?
Cleaning, reinstall, SSD or battery — usually the same or next day. With ordered parts — 2–5 working days. Same-day express +20 €.
Do you come to my address?
Yes. In Veliko Tarnovo pick-up and return is 20 €; outside town 0.50 €/km. Many problems we solve remotely. Address and hours — on the contact page.
Will a reinstall delete my files?
No. We keep your documents, photos and desktop. If the drive is failing, we copy your data first.
When is a repair not worth it?
For a laptop older than 7–8 years with a broken motherboard. We say so and can move your data to another machine.
Do you repair phones?
No — computers, laptops, printers and networks only.
